For the third time this month, Orlando police raid a company that calls timeshare owners and tells them they have a buyer for thier timeshare in hopes of collecting an upfront fee.

Reports indicate this particular company, M & L Market Concepts, was taking in up to $80,000 per week charging timeshare owners $500 - $7,000 in upfront advertising fees.

Authorities claim those services were never performed.

I get phone calls everyday from owners who no longer use their timeshare wanting to know if offers from these companies are real.

So, for all of you out there wondering about than the guy or gal that called you on the phone and said he had a buyer willing to pay a whole bunch of money for your timeshare but you had to pay him $500 - $7000 first.... let me repeat one more time, NO. They do not have a buyer and they will not sell your timeshare. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.

When you use a professional timeshare resale broker to sell your timeshare they only get paid if they actually sell your timeshare!
